COVID-19 Impact on Food Waste in Greece

This blog post presents research by Associate Professor Prokopios K. Theodoridis and PhD candidate Theofanis V. Zacharatos at the Laboratory of Agribusiness Management, Department of Business Administration of Food and Agricultural Enterprises – University of Patras. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to have a significant impact on the food system across the supply chain.
